I would love to give you guys an update on this situation but we are also STILL waiting for any information from our developers, we always send a follow up each week on our reports ^_^ (hehehe hope they wont get annoyed) anyways as soon as we get something we will announce it.
Thanks for the update Kyo, keep nagging at them for us and remind them "Say yes or we chop off your egg rolls"

| Good News,
We are currently working on a fix for this issue even thou we will be doing it manually, i would like your opinions on the prices of shares that will be retrieved, I am thinking for the 20% only on today's prices or less cause some of the shares have been acquired a very long time ago.
So whats your Opinions on this |

| Will these shares be re-released back to the general public? because deleting these shares will cause current owners to gain %'s of these towns, meaning say some1 with 40% of the shares in a town to possibly become an outright owner of the town, with no possibilty of people being able to vote against them, instead of jus deleting, n giving people a bigger slice of the town, why not release those shares that are deleted in a lottery like when new towns open up, the releases always attract a large crowd, which is fun n good for game because newer players that never got to be here for that, or have any shares would have a chance to get in on it, n help grow the game, n give people something to look forward to, n bring politics back to game a little, something that has been missing, n got me more interested in the game when i started, politics used to be great in this game, now its pretty much dead, n to just delete them would kill politics even further, reissue these as lottery so every1 can join in |

remember that the stock price at the town hall can be totally manipulated.
All it shows is the cost of the last trade of that towns stock through the stock market.
So if I wanted to, I could sell a share to my alt through the stock market for 1 marble, likewise I could sell a share to my alt for 100 million marbles.
The town hall would then show the value of the stock to be 1 marble or 100 million marbles.
As a general guide on Hera stocks trade for 20-25 million each, no idea about other servers.

Location: Mysterieux Cites d'Or | My alternative solution until to find a democratic system to choose a town chief:
Annouce 1 or 2 months delay
1) Pay back to the active sharholders the shares they gained (in marbles or choice of past rares if large amount of shares)
2) Put all shares(atives and inactive ) to the GM who will have 100% of town shares
3) The GM will choose the Town Chief per town (ask residents of the town no alts who they want as TC)
some exceptions : i talk for Hera , put always Sweeties as athravan TC and TheBusta as Shenburry TC ;they have around 80% shares of these towns ,and are TC for many years .
It will take the time of GMs every 21 days , to help them at that day the residents should put the name of TC on ads in the town ,the GMs will have just to count the votes(residents should be at least lv 90 to vote) when they'll enter.
Better to not worry losing shares or capture of towns by someone who use the disadvantage of 3% town share system when logg off problems happened.

Location: 2500 miles from home <3 | Try to stay on topic, the issue is not with the current active shareholder rather the thousands of inactive shares from players who have quit or are banned.
To remove shares from those who are active will only drive them away from the game. |
