Location: Deepest Darkest Nightmare in your mind | I know how busy the GMs are with game related stuff and all the requirments sent down from the main office to be able to monitor the forums on a daily basis. Cause garbage gets posted, like the scam postings for other web sites or the flame wars (luckly not many the past few months). How about appointing a few loyal forum lurkers (LOL) as monitors and give them a bit of power to lock or even delete some of the unwanted stuff on the forums. Of course they would have to be accountable for what they do and report what they do to the GMs. It would help free Gms from the task of inspecting each form posting and also give the game players a feeling of actually helping out. |

Location: my blog | Yea I alert for stuff all the time and nothing happens even though we have gms who are SPECIFICALLY assigned to forum moderation. I think we need someone who can lock/delete/move/sticky/unsticky appropriate posts and be accountable with gms since apparently gms have too much to do to show up for invasions or monitor forums properly |

Lol i've only seen 3 of them do it, and that was when they first became a GM. They only did it for like a week and then they disappeared >.< |

you are 100% right. it really isn't that hard to do...these forums aren't active enough for it to take a lot of time. I monitor other forums and as long as you know what you are doing it's quick and easy |

lol yeah i mean i have no clue why they dont implement it. It does no harm, infact it is really beneficial.
- Less work for GM's
-More people to answer questions
-Proper and better organized forum
-Rules can now be set
and the list goes on lol.

For FREE.
and I still hear nothing.
We have GA in game, why not on the forum.
Forum mods that exist now do nothing to clean up forums, merge post, act upon reported threads/posts or delete spam.
Useless spam, posts that ask to be deleted and site spamming junk takes up bandwidth.
It would make better fiscal sense to clean up the forum to reduce bandwidth waste.
Offer still stands... I would love to clean up the useless posts.

you and I both. always the same "we are aware and it is being taken care of"
and in the mean time, that which was reported, and replied to as being made aware and taken care of remains months and months later.
If I managed the business I run like this, I would have been fired a long time ago and replaced with someone who could. |

If I didnt like the players here so much i would have run away. But alas I cannot bring myself to leave when the people are so awesome. maybe we can bribe kyo and velvetine to come to our houses > |

this will be nice since stickys on important subjects dont happen untill a more informative thread on same subject is written
and then that is the one people want stickied lmao
also players are on forum more often than GM and can route out abuse of forums and remove un needed posts
they can delete posts of...
gold site abusers
illegal real money sales in trade port section (with warning to player)
advertising for other site
post that show other players glitches/hacks
rude and abusive posts by general a$$holes
