| ok guys. i have been reading up just about every were and cant figure this out. how do we change the coins over so i can use them? (keeps saying incorrect password and I'm using a Facebook login) need help asap

| This issue has been asked and answered in multiple posts but I'll paste my answer again here.
To get your password for gcoin exchange you'll need to do the following.First go to the log in and click the "I forgot my ID or something like that.They'll send your "ID" to your e-mail.Then check your e-mail, your "ID" will be a random code (Example EFJ83EHF2) Copy that then go back to the ijji site.Go to the log in and pick "I forgot my password" Paste in your IJJI "ID" the one you got from your e-mail.It will send you your password or ask you to re-set it.I strongly suggest resetting it since it'll be a pain to remember next time.After re-setting your IJJI password just type it in under gcoin exchange and it'll allow you to access your gcoins in game! From this point on you can simply use the facebook log in and use your new password to exchange gcoins. |

| yes i read that but my old facebook email is were its trying to send the new pass and i dont have that email anymore. (sorry i thought i but that in there but i must of forgot) so i need to change that before i can change the pass |

| Hmm ok if that's the problem I suggest sending in a ticket to Ndoors and let them know about your issue. Make sure to tell them exactly what the problem your having is and I think you'll need to ask them to change your email and be able to prove the account is yours.Goodluck with your issue. |
