| As the GM's and Developers of this game choose to appoint a Goonzu instead a fixing the glitch/bug and restarting the vote, Hera has been given a Goonzu, who not only disrespects the players of Luminary, he is also scamming, threatening, and recalling people without their permission. All this are against the TOS.
And yet the Gm's are choosing to ignore these clear infringements to the very rules that they are hired to maintain.
The Goonzu has been jailed numerous times for breaking the rules and abusing his power, which has now seen the Kirin being replaced for simply doing his job.
The Goonzu announced leafs would be given for people who participated in the 5pm DA which just happened to be one fought in the battle field. After getting first place and receiving MVP, i was told by the Goonzu that i would not receive leafs. Yet others who did not win or even do DA received a leaf through the mail from him.
He has recalled people with out their permission and for no reason, simply because they had an ad up stating their opinion.
The server is being servery affected by this, and all we ask for is that the Developers and GM's redo the elections, and give us our right to vote for who we want as Goonzu.
I'm sure if you i.p check you will see that most if not all of Warter's votes come from the same i.p.
All we are asking for is a re vote with a system that isn't glitched or bugged so that the person who is given Goonzu is one of earns our votes and deserves to be Goonzu. Not someone who is abusing their position and the people of Hera.  |

it has to do with the currently goonzu being able to get away with breaking the TOS. |

| This saga have progressed to its next phase unfortunately. Warter acting as S9 GoonZu has in the past week:
1. Been jailed on 2 seperate occasions (once for insulting players second time for abuse of position/power)
2. Moved a player 3 times without proper notification or permission
3. Threatened to remove a minister from his position, the Kirin, for jailing the GoonZu reason abuse of position.
4. Removed the Kirin without just cause.
These alone clearly support the complaints and reports that GoonZu has broken the rules established by Ndoors. This has nothing to do with the voting glitch/bug. But sololy the actions of a player
The ToS states that if a GoonZu fails to complete his job he will be dismissed from the position.
The players of Hera are now asking Ndoors GMs to DISMISS Warter as GoonZu on the grounds he has failed to do his job and has broken the rules.
GMs take action before the game is totally distroyed by a Dictator with his temper tantrums, hasty decisions, abusive behavior and overall lack of leadership.
SOLUTION:
Dismiss the GoonZu: as it has been proven he has broken the rules (ss contained in Hera General, Give Warter give it a try post)
Appoint a Kirin who will succeed the dismissed GoonZu ~~ Thus devs wont need to create a voting program for Hera's S9 GoonZu selection
Suggestion for all servers suffering from the S9 GoonZu voting bug:
Take from the pool of S9 nominations each candidate holds a position GoonZu and ministers, In addition the past GoonZu should hold one of the ministers positions to make the transition smooth.
This allows for unity and the chance for each of the candidates and their supporters to work together to implement the ideas and plans for the upcoming season.
Therefore AVOIDING total chaos.

GMs i dont care if you cant make the devs revote your job is to enforce the ToS and to punish those that abuse power regardless of how they obtained that power. you have constantly ignored just cuz it has to do with the goonzu breaking the rules and that is unacceptable and makes you jsut as bad as when the devs do not fix things. YOU NEED TO WAKE UP GO LOOKS AT AL THE SS IN THE OTHER THREADS AND INVESTIGATE IT IS WHAT YOU GET PAID FOR. As for hera. all those ss in your other thread You need to take all of those and pm them to all the gms as a formal report so they cannot say they didnt see it. |

i agree... Hera's goonzu is jut a plain noob i swear if he break the ToS that shuld be bannable.
Now the other 2 idk but i believe all 3 goonzus are abusers of power and dont even know what to do! |
